Thomas M. Stephenson President and Chief Executive Officer Mr.
Stephenson graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science
degree. With over 20 years of HMS experience, he has held the positions of
programmer/analyst, Vice President of Customer Services and Chief Operating
Officer and became President in 2005. Stephenson is responsible for leading
HMS in daily business operations and leading the executive team to provide the
overall company direction. |

Steve Starkey Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Mr.
Starkey was one of the early programmers on the HMS system but eventually moved
on to become Director of Information Systems at Community Health Systems, and
CIO at Behavioral Healthcare Corporation and then Ardent Health, all based in
Nashville. In those positions, he was able to gain a first-hand perspective on
the financial and clinical needs of the community and specialty hospital
markets. Mr. Starkey re-joined HMS in 2005 as the Vice President of Research and
Development. Now, as the COO, he oversees and manages all daily HMS operations
including Product Development, Programming, Quality & Assurance, Customer
Support & Services, Documentation, Implementation, Education and Consulting
Services. |

Michael Freeman Senior Vice President, Sales Mr. Freeman has
spent most of his 28-year career in healthcare information technology systems
sales and marketing. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a
Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Information Systems Management and has worked
in various sales and sales management positions with McDonnell Douglas Health
Systems, Gerber Alley Health Systems, McKesson HBOC and Avega Health
Systems. Mr. Freeman joined HMS in 2004 as Vice President of Sales and
Marketing and was named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2008. In
his current position, he oversees and manages the overall sales function
including new business sales and sales into the customer base as well as all
marketing and account management functions. |

Carla Stephenson Vice President, Human Resources Ms. Stephenson
joined HMS in August 2005 as Vice President of the Human Resources department.
Prior to HMS, Ms. Stephenson spent five years as the HR Director for 180 Connect
and six years as the Area Manager for Spherion Staffing Services. Ms. Stephenson
is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a B.S. in Public Relations and
has earned her PHR from the Society of Human Resources. |

Rick Brown Vice President, Product Development Mr.
Brown, a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Management Information Systems, joined HMS in 1990 as a
programmer. Currently the Vice President of Product Development, he is
responsible for the areas of programming and software support and works across
organizational boundaries to drive a "customer first" focus throughout the
company. He also works to prevent and resolve customer issues at the executive
level. |

Randall Cothron Vice President, Professional Services Mr. Cothron
graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science
degree. Prior to joining HMS in 1991 as Director of Client Services, he was a
District Assistant Vice President with Quorum Health Resources. During his
tenure with Quorum, Mr. Cothron held the position of Chief Financial Officer at
several managed hospitals. |

Carol Murdock Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Ms. Murdock
has more than 20 years experience in health care, focusing on strategic
management, marketing and business development. Prior to HMS, Ms. Murdock was
the Senior Vice President of Account Management at Healthways, Inc., (HWAY:
NASDAQ) and in 2006 she accepted a position as Senior Vice President Marketing
and Communications for the enterprise. Prior to that, she was the President and
CEO of Coactive Systems Corporation and the Senior VP of Business Development
for OrNda Healthcorp. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Texas Womans University
and an MBA from San Francisco State University.
