Integrated Forms
Integrated Forms is designed to help facilities eliminate the expenses associated with the design, printing and inventory of forms by integrating them into the HMS system.
Pre-printed forms, custom designed word processing forms, any printed document, can be used for the Integrated Forms process. The integration of each form into HMS Archiving solutions is a key component of this service as we endeavor to help eliminate as much printed material, and its associated costs, as possible.
In addition to our electronic forms, we offer intelligent forms that can be completed entirely online without ever needing to print. These forms will auto-archive, and can be used in conjunction with electronic signature pads.
