Workflow Analysis
Workflow Analysis is designed to help facilities determine where cost savings may be achieved through improved workflow processes. The scope of analysis includes a review of all forms utilized in each process to ascertain if modifications or complete elimination of documents and associated tasks are needed.
The integration of each form into HMS's Archiving solution is a key component of the service as we endeavor to help eliminate as much printed material, and its associated labor and material costs, as possible.
Additionally, HMS Process Management Services will provide facility management with a plan to accomplish the most efficient, paperless workflow possible.
This service will:
- Redesign forms to optimize staff utilization
