Business Operations Services Overview
The HMS Business Operations Services Group was created to assist customers in collection of receivables and improvement of cash flow. These services are provided online, in real time, utilizing the hospital's HMS Collection system.
The following Business Operations Services are offered:
- AR Management Resources-
The Account Receivable Management program is designed to operate as an extension of the facility's Business Office and be a short-term solution to cash flow difficulties. Our goal is to assist the hospital in quickly recovering funds owed it while reorganizing, recruiting and training staff to efficiently take back these functions as early as possible.
- Patient Financial Services Outsourcing-
Patient Financial Services Outsourcing is designed to offer our customers a source for contracting qualified, healthcare personnel when untimely employee turnover occurs.
- Interim Business Office Management-
Interim Business Office Management is designed to address the issue of decreased productivity that can arise when a Business Office Manager's position becomes vacant.
