At HMS, our
implementation approach is simple. We'll show you how our systems work, from
building your files and customizing control settings that suit your particular
needs to training in everyday operation of each application. During the
implementation of your system, we'll work with you at our corporate office
providing individual instruction in our classrooms as well as at your facility,
in your own surroundings, where you'll be using the system.
Our implementation staff consists of healthcare professionals with a combined
total of over 500 years of healthcare experience. We're familiar with the
business you're in and bring our own experience to bear in training your staff
in our applications as they specifically apply to your processes. We will start
by coming to your site to learn how you do business and we'll work hand-in-hand
with you through the set-up of the system and training of your staff. We'll also
be with you as your new system comes "Live". At the end of the Implementation
project, you'll be confident in your ability to operate the HMS system smoothly and
efficiently.
In addition, once you are "Live", we will be monitoring essential system
functions. Our Project Analysts follow a daily series of checks and balances to
ensure that the HMS system is operating at
peak efficiency, allowing us to point out improvements to processes and set-up
that will help you realize the full potential of your new system.
When your implementation is complete, the Implementation team will work with
our HMS Customer
Support department to ensure that they are familiar with your staff and
operations. We want to make sure that your transition from Implementation to
Customer Support is smooth and hassle-free. Even then, you will not have seen
the last of your Implementation team. HMS offers a variety of
opportunities for continuing education in which the Implementation staff is
regularly involved. We'll look forward to working with you again and again.
