As part of the review, our consultants will provide a detailed report with recommendations for procedural or organizational changes that would allow the facility to benefit through more efficient use of the HMS system. The comprehensive report will include comparisons to industry norms and a suggested action plan to implement those recommendations. Additionally, we will offer suggestions as to the structure of the consultation based on our experience with other customers.

This service will:

• Identify options not being used and train staff to implement those features.
• Train staff how to use system automation features, allowing them to replace manual procedures and gain efficiency.
• Identify needed auditing and control procedures to monitor daily activity.

As with our other services, this program can be tailored to fit your facility's needs. Our fee can be based on a flat pre-agreed amount or on percentage of collections.
