Key features
- First available appointment: Quickly find an available open time for an appointment, specifying what days of the week, what times of the day, what service, etc.
- Procedural Scheduling: For procedures that require multiple resources, or involve multiple departments, quickly find and schedule the components for times that minimize the patient's time spent at the hospital.
- Sequential Scheduling: For scheduling multiple appointments for the same patient, quickly find and schedule appointment times that minimize the patient's time spent at the hospital.
- Case Management: Enter authorization for recurring appointments and the system will track how many authorized appointments remain. On-screen notification of authorized visits versus visits remaining and reports that indicate which patients are reaching the threshold for requiring more authorization will prevent unauthorized visits from being scheduled.
