Outreach Scheduling
The Outreach Scheduling solution provides physician offices and / or remote
campuses with immediate access to the hospital schedule. Designed to be used as
an adjunct to Patient Scheduling, Outreach Scheduling allows seamless
communication from physician offices and the hospital. This can save your
hospital time by reducing phone calls from physician offices and increasing
staff productivity.

Integrated to Patient Scheduling. All scheduling activities are
integrated in both systems and offer customers immediate access to the most
accurate information.
Easily navigate between services and dates. The solution allows quick
access to book or make a reservation for an appointment with minimal training
and the flexibility to search by services, dates and open appointment times.
Color coding to view existing and open appointments. Quickly view
appointments with the ability to assign individual user security to restrict the
users' access to only relevant patient records or functionality.
Check for medical necessity. Once the patient appointment
times and procedure has been selected, users have the ability to check this
procedure for medical necessity including running diagnosis "what if" scenarios
and produce an ABN on site.
On-line schedule confirmation. When the reservation becomes an
appointment, the requestor receives an on-line confirmation in the scheduling
inbox.
Easy to use reports that help in the pre-registration process. On-line
reports are available to helps customers manage their daily schedules when they
are away from the computer.
